PYP was designed by us: a yoga therapist and a naturopathic doctor, as a way to empower and equip people with tools that can help them navigate occurrences such as stress, anxiety, fear, and negative self-talk.

The Parasympathetic Yoga Project synthesizes the latest neuroscience research on stress, mental wellbeing and movement, and presents it in a digestible manner through educational discussions, and a curated yoga practice.

It was designed by us: a yoga therapist and a naturopathic doctor, as a way to empower and equip people with tools that can help them navigate occurrences such as stress, anxiety, fear, and negative self-talk.

We take complex scientific concepts and distill them down to their most accessible form, to help you better understand the physiological impacts of stress on your body. You will leave each PYP session feeling relaxed, informed, and empowered with practical tools to take control of the impact of stress on your day to day life.
